Warren - Beverly M. Frazier passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic. Beverly was born October 13, 1928 in Warren, Ohio a daughter of the late Russell and Carmella (Stiles) Mahan. Beverly retired from Trumbull Lamp and attended Believer’s Church. Beverly enjoyed Volunteering at Over the Rainbow since 1997, and spending time with her family. She enjoyed going on cruises and vacations, loved her cats and music. She also never missed an opportunity to play the slot machines. Beverly will be sadly missed by her sons: William (Marie) Baldwin, Sr. of Warren and Ronald (Amy) Baldwin of Warren; her daughters: Peggy “Linda” (Keith) Bliss of Greene Township, Donna (James) Fye of Warren, and Cherrie R. (Brian) Heavner of Warren; grandchildren: Kristopher (Amy) Parke, Rachel Hawthrone, William (Lisa) Baldwin, Jr., Donna Holmes, Ronald (Lisa) Baldwin II, Hope (Eddie) Fondriest, Jamie (Sean) Stephens, Adam Baldwin, Keona (Adam) White, Mark (Heather) Padgett, Ashley (Ryan) Doringo, and Brooke Heavner; and numerous great grandchildren. Memorial contributions can be made to Over the Rainbow Adult Day Center, 110 Windsor Dr. Cortland, Ohio in Beverly’s name. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2016 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, 962 North Rd. NE Warren officiated by Grandson Mark Padgett. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and one hour prior to the services Monday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna.
