Niles – Rose Corrado passed away peacefully with family by her side on July 13, 2013 at the age of 91. Rose was born May 25, 1922 in Niles a daughter of the late Daniel C. and Loretta (Pavolillo) Corrado.  A 1940 graduate of Niles McKinley High School, Rose still attended class reunions and met with her classmates for lunch.  She retired in 1983 after 37 years of service as a proficient secretary at LTV. Rose was a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ in Liberty, a member the Ladies Uplift Circle and the Warren Business Women’s Club for secretaries.  Most of all Rose enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and never missed acknowledging and celebrating an anniversary, birthday or other special occasion. Rose will be sadly missed and her memories will be cherished by her brother Daniel Corrado Jr. of Niles; two sisters: Phyllis Koon of Niles, and Jennie Rolando of Hudson, FL; thirteen nieces and nephews; and fifteen great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Rose is preceded in death by a brother Andrew Corrado and a sister Mary Esther Ford. My Aunt Rose was one of the most caring people in my childhood. Every memory I have of her involves her showing her love for me and my sister. Whether she was helping me with homework, taking me to the movies, or trying to get me to dress better, she was always there for me. I 'll never forget her.
