Warren-William "Bill" Lamancusa passed away at the Hospice House in Poland, OH on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. He was born on July 21, 1956 to Santino & Evelyn Lamancusa. He was a graduate of Mathews High School class of 1974. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in Okinawa, Japan. For many years, he was an owner/operator alongside family at Lamancusa's Tavern in Girard,Ohio. Later, he worked for Denman Tire before eventually retiring just last year from Aptiv. He was a life-long fan of Ohio sports and loved spending time outdoors. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping, snowmobiling and vacationing, especially to Cancun. Somehow he was always reminded of a story, and he’d get you to fall for the punch line every time. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 41 years; Eva, his children; Santino Lamancusa “Dana Altenburger,” of IL, Jessica Devine “James” of Howland, his siblings; Ken Lamancusa “Cindy” of Girard, Sam Lamancusa of Vienna, Margaret “Jim Murnen of Columbus and a host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held at Staton Borowski Funeral Home on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 6pm. Friends may call one hour prior to the time of service.
