Thomas E. Troll, Jr.

NILES – Thomas E. Troll, Jr. age 34, lifelong area resident, entered into eternal life Saturday, July 18, 2020 at his residence.  He was born August 4, 1985 in Youngstown, the son of Thomas E, Sr. and Carol (Leash) Troll.

A graduate of Girard High School, Tom was well-known in the area, especially for his toy business, “Toyohio,” and the many toy shows at which he had displays, and for his years as a semi-professional wrestler. Tom was like a big cuddly bear, and when he hugged you, you knew it. He made friends easily, and you weren’t a stranger for long with him. He had worked at Superior Beverage for five years, and also at Walgreen’s in Niles for three years.

He is sadly and fondly missed by his mother, Carol Troll of Girard; his girlfriend and soulmate, Brianna FitzPatrick of Niles; his grandmother, Grace A. Leash of Girard; his two dogs, Bowie and Prince; his aunt and godmother, Connie Penick and her husband George of Mineral Ridge; his cousin Dan Penick and his family; and many other friends and family who loved him and thought the world of him.

Preceding him in death is his father, Thomas E. Troll, Sr., who passed December 7, 2019; his grandfather, Thomas M. Troll; his grandmother, Yolanda Troll; and his uncle, Dennis Troll.

Services are 7:00 pm Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home. Friends may call 6:00 to 7:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.  Those who attend are asked to wear a mask when entering the building.  Social distancing practices will be observed.
