YOUNGSTOWN – Tammy L. Vimmerstedt, age 59, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with health issues on Monday, May 4, 2020 at Hospice House in Poland. She was born December 18, 1960 in Sharon, Pa., the daughter of Dale and Anne (Draper) Frease.
Tammy attended Girard High School and was a devoted homemaker. She loved fishing and hunting and once was featured on the cover of “Field and Stream” magazine. She also enjoyed Bingo and spending time with her family.
She is sadly missed by her three sons: Joshua Vimmerstedt of California, Eric Vimmerstedt of Struthers, and Dale Vimmerstedt of Kokomo, Ind.; four grandchildren; one sister, Betty Ann Koehler of Youngstown; five brothers: Dale Frease (Pam) of Morgantown, W. Va., David Frease (Charlotte) of Connecticut, Carl Frease (Anna) of Youngstown, Joey Frease (Sherry) of Youngstown, and Tim Frease of Andover; and many nieces, nephews, and their families.
Her parents precede her in death.
Services are private. Cremation is taking place.
