Sharon M. Morrow

NILES – Sharon M. Morrow, formerly of Youngstown, passed away peacefully Monday, October 30, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.  She was born June 2, 1960, in Youngstown, the daughter of Joseph and Janice (Dungee-Wilson) Montgomery.

A 1979 graduate of Youngstown North High School, Sharon worked in accounts payable for Hills Department Store and at Boscov’s.  She was a member of North-Mar Church, where she had served as a deaconess, and also volunteered at St. Joseph Hospital.  She enjoyed gardening, crafts, and loved to watch football, where her teams were the Browns, the Steelers, Alabama, and Ohio State.

She is sadly missed by her dear mother, Janice Montgomery of Niles; a daughter, Ricketta Seay of Cortland; a grandson, Carman Waggoner; a brother, Keith Montgomery (Michele) of Champion; sisters, Kimberly Montgomery of Niles and Candice Germany of Rochester Hills, Mich.

Preceding her in death are her husband of 18 years James C. Morrow; her father Joseph E. Montgomery and a son, Clemice Thomas, Jr.

According to her wishes, cremation is taking place.  Memorial services will be held at North-Mar Church, 3855 East Market Street, Warren, Ohio 44484, at 11:00 am Thursday, November 16, 2023.  Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 am Thursday at the church.
