Ruby Walker

            Ruby Walker, age 95, passed away on November 12, 2022, at the Wickshire of Poland. She was born on February 20, 1927, in Warren, Ohio.  The daughter of James and Christine (Coley) Tiggett. Ruby was a bookkeeper for many years and enjoyed cooking, walking, and spending time with her family and friends. She was a faithful member of the First Baptist Church in Braceville.

            Her memories will be remembered and cherished by those she leaves behind, two brothers, James Earl Tiggett Jr. of Warren, Ohio and Curtis “Alice” Tiggett of Cleveland, Ohio, sisters, Vivian Blackshear and Karen Brandon both of Warren, Ohio, Sharon Smith of Newton Falls, Ohio along with a host of nieces and nephews.

            She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charlie Walker, three brothers, Herman Sr, Monroe, Marvin Sr, one sister, Doris Watkins.

            Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m.  Saturday, November 19, 2022, at the First  Baptist Church, 1300 Cedar Street SW, Braceville, Ohio, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church. Burial will follow in Braceville Township Cemetery.
