Patricia Johnson 71- of Warren- passed away at her home with her family at her side on Tuesday, August 18, 2021. She was born on Friday, June 30, 1950 in Opelika, AL to Effar II & Mary Butler. She enjoyed music, cooking, spending time with her family and friends, and taking car rides. She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Terrance A. Evans Jr. of IN., Juanita Johnson of Warren, OH., and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings; Effar Butler III, Mary J. Harvey and Barbara Richards.

A caring cremation was taken place. No calling hours.
