Patricia A. Hagan

WARREN – Patricia A. Hagan, age 71, lifelong area resident, passed away peacefully Friday, October 9, 2020 at St. Joseph Health Center.  She was born September 12, 1949 in Youngstown, the daughter of Patrick and Alberta (Richards) Bressler.

Patti attended Youngstown South High School and worked for many years as a barmaid at Sam’s Café and the Ridgewood Café.  She also worked for the Trumbull Metropolitan Housing Authority, and at Kraftmaid for seventeen years.  A woman of many tastes and talents, she enjoyed Bingo, coffee, country music, Elvis movies, lighthouses, butterflies, and beaches, especially on the Pacific Ocean.  Most of all, she loved her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Precious memories of Patti live on with her daughter, Roberta Bressler of Warren; three sons: Ian Caldwell of Orlando, Fla., Edward Caldwell of Warren, and David Hagan, Jr. of Warren; eight grandchildren: Abigail, Nikki, Sierra, Edward “Budman”, Amber, Josh, Caleb, and Marissa; eight great-grandchildren: Alana Nicole, Patricia, Tai “Alan”, Amir, Lania “Smirnoff”, Kai, Kyle, and Devlin; three sisters: Susan Bressler, Georgia Preasmyer (Larry), and Barbara Andrasevits, all of California; one half-sister, Patricia Eltringham (Don) of Buffalo, Ohio; one stepsister, Linda Pappa of Rathdrum, Idaho; five very special and close friends: Rhonda, Mona, Terri, Tonya, and Kimmie; and her best friend and companion of over thirty years, Joseph “Butch” Ervin.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Patrick and Alberta Bressler; her husband, David A. Hagan, whom she married in 1980 and who passed in 1988; and one sister, Kay George.

Services are 3:00 pm Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.  Friends may call 2:00 to 3:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
