Marianne Gonder

HUBBARD – Marianne Gonder, age 69, entered into eternal rest Friday, June 19, 2020 at Sharon Regional Medical Center after a courageous battle with cancer.  She was born July 20, 1950 in Sharon, Pa., the daughter of Frank and Mary (Dadio) Skruck, and lived most of her life in Hubbard.

A graduate of Ursuline High School, Marianne worked as a secretary for Truck World, Inc. in Hubbard for many years.  Her greatest joy came from her family, and she would do anything for them.

Precious memories of Marianne live on with her devoted husband of nearly fifty years, Sam Gonder, whom she married October 17. 1970; one son, Sam F. Gonder (Alexandra) of Dallas, Tex.; one daughter, Courtney Gonder (Chad Emory) of Columbus; and two brothers, Dan Skruck of Ohio and John Skruck of Hubbard.

Preceding her in death are her parents, Frank and Mary Skruck; and one brother, Frank Skruck.

Per her request, services are private.  Cremation is taking place.
