Margaret Rosenberger

FARMDALE – Margaret Rosenberger, age 99, passed away peacefully Monday, August 21, 2023, at her residence with her family beside her.  She was born on April 28, 1924, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Louis and Elizabeth (Dubois) Somogynari.

Margaret was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family, and grandchildren, also laughing and making people laugh. She enjoyed playing cards, doing word search puzzles, reading, and playing bingo. 

Fond memories of Margaret live on with her sons, Larry Rosenberger, and Leroy Rosenberger both of Alabama, daughters, Patricia Wasser of Niles, Linda Keith (Thomas) of Farmdale, Mary Louis Fletcher (Bob) of Niles, sisters, Helen Zadunajski of Orwell, OH, nineteen grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death was her loving husband Elmer O. Rosenberger, who passed away on February 15, 1999. Also preceding her in death were her parents: a daughter, Sandra Parker, brothers, Paul and George Somogynari, sisters Rose Krivejko, Irma Freeman, Julia Singley and Bertha Somogynari.

Calling hours are 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Staton Borowski Funeral Home. A funeral service will take place at 3:00 pm following calling hours.
