Margaret Ann Jewell

WARREN - Margaret Ann Jewell, 80, passed away after a brief illness at Trumbull Regional Medical Center on October 21, 2023. Margaret was born in Sharon Pennsylvania, on September 23, 1943, the daughter of Benny and Anna (Jacura) Kaszowksi.

Throughout her life, Margaret was a homemaker. She was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Warren, Fifth Wheel, and the Trumbull County Democratic Party. She sought to serve others and her community.

Margaret married Calvin Jewell on August 29, 1964. Together they had two children, Karen (William) Mauerman and Benjamin Jewell. Although she only had two children, she was a mother figure to many within her family, her circle of friends, and her community.

She is survived by her four grandchildren, Heather (Patrick) Nidel, Bethanie Mauerman, Brianne Jewell, and Kyle Jewell; nine great grandchildren and son-in-law William Mauerman

Margaret was preceded in death by her husband Calvin Jewell and both of her children, Karen Mauerman and Benjamin Jewell.

A caring cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at a later date.
