Warren-Louise Phipps- Cvengros, age 69, passed away on April 5, 2022 at Country Club Rehabilitation of Newton Falls. She was born April 22, 1952 to Edith (Druga) and Jackson A. Phipps of Warren, Ohio. She enjoyed lunches with the café 422 girls, doing sudoku puzzles, going to the horse races, She leaves to cherish her memory her brother; Arthur Phipps( Marsha) of Southington Ohio. Her nieces; Abigail Phipps and Megan Phipps and her nephew; Jackson Phipps. Her great grandnephews; Anthony and Trent Blevins, and her great niece; Makayla Blevins. Her best friend; Carol Gavalec and her cat; (Blondie). She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. A caring cremation is taking place.
