LILLIE RINGOLD MURRAY, 73

1948- 2021

WARREN-Lillie Ringold Murray, 73, of Warren, passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021 at 1:20 a.m. at Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital.

She was born August 24, 1948 in Warren the daughter of the late Joe Nathan and Caldonia Wade Ringold and was a lifelong area resident.

A 1966 graduate of Howland High School, and attended Youngstown State University and Kent State University.

Lillie was a quality control inspector for Packard Electric for 30 years.  

She was a member of Life Church in Leavittsburg where she was a member of “The Gathering”, Compassionate Ministries Grandparents Are Praying (G.A.P.); member of Church Choir, Ringold Sisters, Young at Heart; and taught Sunday School.  Lillie enjoyed bowling, crocheting, swimming, and spending time with her family.

Lillie is survived by her husband Flemon Murray whom she married on June 29, 1982; son Lantz Donvier` (Angela) Murray of Boardman,OH; a nephew who was like a son Al Ringold of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren Layla Marie Murray, Michael Murray, and Melanie Murray.  She is also survived by seven siblings Luther (Mary) Ringold of Warren,OH , Frank E. (Phoebe) Ringold of Painesville,OH ; Hal J. (Patricia) Ringold of Tampa,FL; Mark M. (Linda) Ringold of Warren,OH; Roger M. (Paulette) Ringold of Warren,OH; Hazel R. (Harry) Love of Memphis,TN ; and Rose (David) Jordan of Painesville,OH.

Besides her parents, Lillie was preceded in death by twin sons Sterling R. and Steven R. Murray, brothers Michael E. Ringold and Joe N Ringold Jr.; and grandson Alexander R. Murray. 

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. until 11:50 a.m. at Life Church Leavittsburg, 610 S. Leavitt Road, Leavittsburg, Ohio 44430.

A Celebration for Lillie going to be with God will take place on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at 12 in the church.
