Leona “Jean” Bazilius, 89, of Windsor House of Champion, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019 at 6:54 p.m. in Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital.

She was born October 24, 1929 in Somerset, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Clifford and Esther (Dwire) Sechler and was a lifelong area resident.

A homemaker, Jean was of the Presbyterian faith.

Leona is survived by a son Donald (Robyn) J. Flickinger of Desmet, South Dakota.

Besides her parents, Jean was preceded in death by a daughter Esther L. Yarbrough and two brothers Silas and Clarence Sechler.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral services held and a caring cremation will take place.
