Kathryn A. "Babe" Gresko

            Kathryn A. “Babe” Gresko, age 82, of McDonald, Ohio entered peacefully into rest on November 14,   2022, at the Windsor House St. Mary’s Alzheimer’s Center, Columbiana, Ohio,  She was born on May 16, 1940 in Youngstown, Ohio,  the daughter of Frank and Angeline (Tankovich) Regich and was a lifelong area resident. Babe was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends. She was a longtime member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in McDonald and  a 1958 graduate of McDonald High School.

            On May 13, 1961 Babe was united into marriage with Charles “Chuck” Gresko and shared 46 years together, until his passing on March 1, 2007. Her memories will be remembered and cherished by those she leaves behind, daughter, Patricia A. “Patty” Courtney of McDonald, Ohio, grandchildren, Dakota “Kody” Courtney, McDonald, Ohio, Cheyenne “Joey” Courtney Carmel, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles “Chuck” Gresko, sons, Charles “Chuckie” Gresko, James “Jimmy” Gresko, brother, Frank “Frankie” Regich.        

            Memorial Services will be 11:00am, Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 618 Ohio Ave. McDonald, Ohio, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church. Inurnment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Austintown, Ohio.
