YOUNGSTOWN – Joseph F. Durkos IV, age 58, entered into eternal rest Thursday, August 20, 2020 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Boardman. He was born January 21, 1962 in Sharon, Pa., the son of Joseph F. Durkos III and Rose (Simeon) Durkos, and lived in the area all his life.

Joe graduated from Hubbard High School and worked as a plumber. He enjoyed spending time with his grandson.

Cherished memories of Joe live on with his father, Joseph F. Durkos III of Hubbard; two sons, John and Chris Durkos, both of Youngstown; one grandson, Gauge Durkos; one sister, Yvonne (Jim) Gahagan of Vienna; two brothers, John “Skip” Durkos (Bernie) of Ohio and Frank Durkos (Kim) of Hubbard; one brother-in-law, Tim Force of Hubbard; and many nieces, nephews, and their families.

Preceding him in death are his mother, Rose Durkos, and one sister, Cindy Force.

Cremation is taking place. There are no public services or calling hours.
