Jerry I Mauger

Warren – Jerry I. Mauger 90, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023, peacefully at home surrounded by his wife and children. He was born on January 10, 1933, in Warren, Ohio, son of the late Clifford and Estelle Silvey Mauger.

Jerry retired from WCI in 1993 and retired as the Bazetta Township Zoning Inspector years later.

He was a member of St. Robert Church. He enjoyed his family, sports and going to the casino.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 65 years, Thomasine Pishotti Mauger, whom he married on October 19, 1957; children, Terri (Dwayne) Barbe, Tina (Mark) Malys, Sherri (Mark) Byler and Jeff (Mandy) Mauger; sister, Joyce (Robert) Anderson; nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Shirley (Chuck) Leecue.

Calling hours will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Friday, May 26, 2023, at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home in Warren, Ohio. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm at the funeral home with Father Kish officiating.
