She was born on July 20, 1964 to Roosevelt Cook Jr. and Patricia Spencer in Warren, OH. She was a graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. She received a BS Degree from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI in telecommunications. She loved working with computers. She loved the YWCA, loved riding her bike, and listen to News on physical fitness and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She attended Bethel Temple United Holy Church. She worked for a Arlington, VA law firm. She also, worked for Things Remembered. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother; Patricia A. Spencer Cook Harris, her siblings; Cedric J. Cook of KY., Livia T. Russell of Washington D.C. April Harris, Angela Harris, Freddy Harris Jr. a host of cousins and nephews and aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father; Roosevelt Cook Jr. and stepfather; Freddy L Harris Sr. and siblings; Melody and Vanessa.

A memorial service will be held of Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 3 pm. at the funeral home. Friends may call one hour prior the time of the service.
