Obituary

WARREN - Glen Edward Ellison, 71, passed away Friday, November 18, 2022 at Hospice of the Valley in Poland Ohio, following a brief illness.  He was born November 25, 1950 in Warren, Ohio, son of the late Willie J. Parkey and Dorothy Mae (Julian) Parkey.

            He was a 1968 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, a Veteran of the US Army and a lifelong member of Second Baptist Church. He retired from both the United telephone Co., where he worked as a lineman and Sharon Tube as a fork lift operator.

            Glen is survived by his daughters, Tonia Ellison of Warren, and Felicia Ellison also of Warren; brothers, Kenneth Parkey of Warren and Leslie Parkey of Warren; sister, Donna Ellison-Juillerat of Girard; seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

            A funeral service will be held Monday, November 28, 2022 at 11 a.m. at the Second Baptist Church, 1510 Main Ave. SW, Warren, Ohio 44483 with Reverend Todd Johnson officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
