Elizabeth Ann Russell

Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Russell, 96, of Twinsburg, Ohio, formerly of Warren, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2018.

Betty was born September 24, 1921 in Chicago, Illinois; the daughter of Benjamin and Edna (Crumrine) Ogden.

She attended the University of Indiana and had worked in tech support for United Telephone Company for 20 years. She was a former member of Christ Episcopal Church in Warren.

Betty enjoyed playing bridge with friends and also volunteered for Meals on Wheels. She was a member of the Ford Mustang Club, the Pioneer Club and the Telephone Company's Retiree's Club.

Her husband, Louis R. Russell, whom she married in 1941, preceded her in death. She leaves her son, Roger L. (Cynthia) Russell of Charlotte, NC; her daughter, Sandra R. (James) West of Twinsburg, OH; six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela A. (Donald) Kuhns, and her brother, Benjamin Ogden, Jr.

A private service will be held at Christ Episcopal Church in Warren.
