Eileen Hazel

Warren – Eileen Hazel, 93 passed away on May 25, 2023, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, OH. Eileen was born on February 9, 1930, in Damascus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hopkins.

Eileen enjoyed reading and antiquing. She was a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes and all Cleveland sports teams.

She leaves to cherish her memories her sons; Paul (Rebecca), David (Joanne) of Cortland Ohio and Mark Hazel of Lancaster Ohio and a daughter; Leslie (Bill) Justice, Carroll, Ohio. Eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. And her brothers; Dale Hopkins and David Hopkins. Sisters Erma, Jean, and Mary Beth.

Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, her husband; Donald Hazel, and four brothers; Murray Hopkins, Lorin Hopkins, Glenn Hopkins, Earl Hopkins and three sisters; Charlette Phillips, Dorothea Heltzel and Carol Roberts.

Calling hours will be from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Sunday May 28, 2023, at Staton Borowski Funeral Home in Warren, Ohio. A Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 pm at the funeral home. A private interment will be held at a later date.
