Deborah Anne Fabian, 59, of Bazetta Township, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 26, 2018 at home after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born May 20, 1959 in Warren to Nick and Shirley (Williams) Fabian.
A graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School and Youngstown State University, Deborah served in the U.S. Navy as an Electrician’s Mate, attaining the rank of Petty Officer Second Class. She worked as senior electrical project engineer for Ajax Tocco and had travelled the world on behalf of the company. A member of the Vienna Fish & Game Club, she enjoyed reading, painting, and playing guitar. She was a kind, wonderful, intelligent human being.
Fond memories of Deborah live on with her mother, Shirley Fabian of Warren; two sisters, Judy Fabian of Warren and Susan (Dan) Robison of Champion; a brother, Brian (Lori) Fabian of Marine City, Mich.; a nephew, Andrew Robison; two nieces, Breanne (Mark) Verela and Ashley Field; a grand-niece, Izabella Verela; a special loving friend, Bridget Nephew; and her furry friends, Mama Kittie, Baby, and Fred.
Preceding her in death are her grandparents and her father, Nick Fabian.
Services are 3:00 pm Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, with Rev. Gerald Gammon officiating. Full military honors will be conferred. Friends may call 2:00 to 3:00 pm Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will take place at a later date at Meadowbrook Memorial Park in Champion. Material contributions may be made either to the American Cancer Society or the Warren Family Mission.
