Curtis Davis

Curtis Davis, 63, of Warren entered peacefully into eternal life on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at 9:07 a.m. in his home with his loving family at his side under the comforting care of hospice.

He was born Saturday, March 23, 1957 in Warren the son of the late Edward and Ada Shaw Davis and was a lifelong area resident.

A 1974 graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School, Curtis was a car mechanic for many years.

He excelled in playing baseball.  Curtis enjoyed tinkering on cars and fishing.  Most of all, Curtis enjoyed being with his family.

Fond memories of Curtis will forever be remembered by his wife Sue Davis whom he married on October 30, 2003; his daughter Shardee Davis of North Carolina; his step-daughter Jaime Davis of Nevada; his siblings Annette Davis, Sandra Davis and Deborah (Jesse) Clay all of Warren; and Albert “Jerry” Davis of Pennsylvania.  He is also survived by three grandchildren Gerlaney, Nikyla and Rainbow; three step-grandchildren whom he raised Krystina, Gypsy-Storm, Desade and a step-granddaughter Ravyn; two great grandchildren and by fifteen nieces and nephews, fifty-three great nieces and seven great-great nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Curtis was preceded in death by a brother Edward Davis Jr. and by twin niece and nephew Danielle Lynn and Norman Jr. Morgan

Family will receive friends on Sunday, September 13, 2020 from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home. Social Distancing and the wearing of facial coverings and masks are required and will be inforced.

A Private family service will take place.
