Crystal (Spiva) Spiva-Walker

Crystal Spiva-Walker, 54, of Warren, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 8:50 PM in the Emergency Room of Trumbull Regional Medical Center.

She was born Thursday, May 5, 1966 in Warren the daughter of the late Gus and Beatrice Scippio Spiva and was a lifelong area resident graduating from Warren Western Reserve Class of 1984.

Crystal worked in the Environmental Service Department at Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital and loved to shop, play numbers and knit.  Most important to Crystal was the time that she spent with her best friend and daughter Kadaja who was truly the apple of her eye. She also loved to spend time with her friends and enjoyed making them happy.

She was a former member of Grace AME Church and attended bible study at Third Christian Church under the direction of Rev. Robert L. Faulkner Sr.

Loving memories will forever be cherished by her daughter Kadaja (fiance Davon Edwards) Walker with whom she made her home in Warren; her husband Eric Walker of Warren Township, sisters Rowena Henson, Anita Bender, Karen (Phillip) Washington, Reshan Powell and Patricia Dent; a brother Jaun Wade; her aunts Florence Carthorn and Ruth Spiva; uncles Hershel Scippio; Robert D. Spiva, John D. Spiva and James (Emma Lucille) Spiva.

Calling hours will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:50 a.m. in the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home where social distancing will be observed.

A Private Family service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home with Rev. Robert L. Faulkner Sr. as celebrant.
