Charles Chando Harper (46), passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 18, 2020 in his home.

Charlie was born on April 25, 1974 in Warren Ohio to the late William Jack and Estelle Lorene Harper of Colebrook Ohio. Charlie was one of six children and was a carpenter by trade.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and motorcycling. He will be remembered for his generosity, his sense of humor, and his beautiful craftsmanship.

Survivors include his estranged wife April R. (Elliot) Harper of Cape Coral, FL.; his step daughter Brooke Meneer (Max) of Howland; son Jonny Harper of Warren, and daughter Moranda Harper of Cape Coral, FL; one brother Jonathan Harper (Tina) of Greene; and three sisters Debbie Bryant of Orwell, Sheila Thompson (the late Dan) of Thompson, and Amanda Lamoreaux (Patrick) of Mecca. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother William, and Estelle Harper of Colebrook, and brother David.

The family would like to thank the friends for their love and support through this time, and a special thanks to Amanda Fularz for her love and generosity.
