Carl "Bo" R. MacKendrick

HUBBARD – Carl “Bo” R. MacKendrick, age 72, entered into eternal rest Friday, April 23, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Health Center.  He was born January 8, 1949 in Youngstown, the son of Carl J. and Betty (Bogna) MacKendrick.

A 1967 graduate of Maplewood High School, Bo was a man of many interests and talents.  He loved the entertainment world and played guitar in many local bands.  He also was owner/operator of Output Sound and Lighting Company.  He was an electrician and a member of IBEW Local 573.  His favorite job was his work as a truck driver.  He had a special love for animals, especially Huskies.

Precious memories of Bo live on with his dear wife and sweetheart of over twenty-three years, Claudia (Brock) MacKendrick, whom he married February 14, 1998; five children: Todd MacKendrick (Holly) of Fowler Township, Dawn Kerpsack (Ted) of Austintown, Denise Willey (Tom) of Canton, Darleen Vescera of Hermitage, Pa., and Brian Rutter of Mineral Ridge; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Taylor of Leavittsburg and Betty Jean Smith (Donald) of Amarillo, Tex.; one brother, Raymond MacKendrick (Darlene) of Windham; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Carl and Betty MacKendrick; and one sister, Pat Alden.

Services will be conducted at a later date.  Cremation is taking place.
