Beverly Lavelle

Warren-Beverly Lavelle, 82, of Howland, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 4:44 a.m. in her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born September 16, 1938 in Niles, the daughter of the late Martin and Garnet Bazel. 

Beverly graduated in 1956 from Niles McKinley High School, where she was a cheerleader for six years.  She served on the reunion committee for the class of 1956.

Beverly worked at the Niles Bank Company for 32 years, starting out of high school.  She made many friends there and retired in 2001; ending her banking career as head teller and vault teller.

Beverly enjoyed cooking and baking for her family, planting vegetable gardens and flowers and was an avid reader.  She also enjoyed the challenges of crossword and jigsaw puzzles. 

Beverly leaves behind her husband of 57 years Thomas Michael Lavelle, whom she married on September 12, 1964; her son Thomas P. and his wife Linda and grandsons Oskar and Leo Lavelle of Seattle, WA; son Michael J. and his wife Heather and their children Ian, Abbey, Elizabeth, and Ava of Howland; and her sister Cheryl of Tampa, Florida. Beverly adored her grandchildren.

There will be no calling hours and private services were held.
