CHAMPION-Bernard Wells- He passed away on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital in Warren. He was born on September 18, 1953 in Cleveland, OH. to Benjamin and Annie Mae Wells “Mingo”. He was the Pastor of Faith Temple Worship Center in Windsor, OH. He enjoyed singing Gospel music. He was a recording artist with the group Christian All-Stars of Akron, OH traveling across the county singing preaching the word of God  and enjoyed fine food, traveling and a great sports fan. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife; Lillie the 1^st Lady of the Church, his children; Bernard  Wells Jr. of Cleveland, Dwight D. Johnson “Tivonia” of Canton, Rodney Johnson  “Crystal” of Canton, Marlon Wells of Cleveland, Martez Wells of Cleveland, Juanita N. Carr “Thomas” of Mansfield, Angela D. Pearson of Youngstown, his siblings; Benjamin Wells Jr. of Columbus, Arthur James Wells “Judy” of Cleveland, Ernest L. Wells of  Houston, TX., Reginald Wells “Beverly” of Niles, Arcella Ingram “Richard” of Warren and a 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren a host of nieces and nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings; Andrew L. Wells, Eddie J. Wells. A funeral service will be held on Saturday 27, 2021 at 10am at Greater Apostolic Church 3571 Tod Ave. NW Warren, OH. Friends may call one prior the time of the service. Interment will be at Brownwood Cemetery 2063 Kinsman Rd. NW North Bloomfield, OH.
