Antonios Kostoglou, 89, of Warren, fell asleep in the Lord on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. at Windsor House at Champion with his loving family by his side under the comforting care of hospice.
He was born July 29, 1932, in Kos, Greece the son of the late Vasilios and Anna Kostoglou.
Antonios owned and operated many businesses while residing in Greece.
He was a member of St. Demetrios Hellenic Greek Orthodox Church in Warren.
He is survived by his wife the former Irene Drakogianakis Ninnis, whom he married on August 3, 1993; his children Vasilios and Christo Kostoglou and their families in Greece; his stepson Andreas (Anitta) Ninnis of Warren, grandchildren Renae (Aldrick) Ruiz of Atlanta, GA, and Stephanie (Robert) Cayson of Columbus, Cody (Laurie) Richman of Alaska and by six great grandchildren.
Family will receive friends on Thursday, September 9, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the church.
A Funeral Service with Fr. Constantine Valantasis officiating, will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Demetrios Hellenic Greek Orthodox Church.
Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
