Ann C. Ferenczy

McDONALD – Ann C. Ferenczy, age 91, lifelong area resident, passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at Hospice House in Poland.  She was born September 15, 1929 in McDonald, the daughter of George and Theresa (Pavlisko) Stofko.

Ann lived, worked, worshiped, and was educated in McDonald.  She had worked at the Valu King and attended Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.  She enjoyed going to car shows with her husband and going to the casino.  Most of all, she loved her time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is sadly missed by her two children, Joseph M. Ferenczy (Patti) of Grove City, Pa. and Patricia Templeman (Jack) of McDonald; four grandchildren: Carli True (Colin), Chad Ferenczy (Ashley), Brad Krumpak (Heather), and Josh Krumpak (Jessica); ten great-grandchildren; one brother, Michael Stofko; and nieces, nephews, and their families.

Preceding her in death are her parents, George and Theresa Stofko; her beloved husband of nearly seventy years, Joseph Ferenczy, whom she married September 24, 1949 and who passed June 18, 2019; and two sisters, Mary Hovanes and Catherine Cope.

Per her wishes, there are no services or calling hours.  Cremation is taking place.
