Wesley H. Zupp, 85, of Warren, entered into eternal life Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at his home. He was born December 20, 1932 in Massillon, the son of Oscar and Alice (Marshall) Zupp, and had lived in the area all his life.
Wes had worked at the 35-inch mill at Copperweld Steel, retiring after 46 years. A member of Warren Moose Lodge #186 and the NAUS Club, he enjoyed fishing and gambling.
Fond memories of Wes live on with his two sons, Wesley O. and Brian O. Zupp, both of Warren; five daughters: Karen Bruner, Darlene Rehburg, Alice Hines, and Stephanie Sneed, all of Warren, and Wanda (David) Griffing of Rotunda West, Fla.; eleven grandchildren: Sonja, Jason, Michael, Robert, Tanika, Heather, Calvin, John, Kristina, Brian, and Maranda; sixteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death are his parents; his wife, Mary E. (Jones) Zupp, whom he married November 27, 1965 and who died August 2, 2011; a grandson, William; a sister, Lois Noble; a daughter-in-law, Ruth Zupp; and two sons-in-law, Bill "Rotz" Rehburg and Julius "Bay" Hines.
Services are 11:00 am Monday, June 4, 2018 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, with Rev. Bill Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Burial Park. Friends may call 10:00 to 11:00 am Monday at the funeral home.
