Virginia Frame Obituary

Virginia E. Frame, 76, of Niles, passed away at 11:20 a.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 in the Coronary Care Unit at Trumbull Regional Medical Center in Warren.

Virginia was born on November 17, 1941 in Braxton County, West Virginia the daughter of the late Elmer and Virginia Cutlip Rutherford and was a graduate of Nicholas County High School.

Virginia came to Warren in 1962 with her husband and daughter and was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons Marvin and Bryan Frame and a daughter Grindl Frame all of Niles; three sisters Luella (Burl) Harrouff of Leavittsburg, Patty (Don) Stiles of Pontiac, MI and Monica Kettley of Tampa, Fl; three grandchildren Nicole, Brenda and Kiersten Frame and by a great grandson Kelton Frame.

Graveside services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Vienna Township Cemetery, with burial to follow.

Caring and Dignified arrangements for the Frame family are being handled by the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.
