Timothy J. Marcu, 59, of Warren, passed away as a result of a fire in his home Monday, December 25, 2017.  He was born December 21, 1958 in Warren, the son of John and Betty (Conine) Marcu, and had lived in the area all his life.

A graduate of Warren Western Reserve High School, Tim had worked as a groundskeeper at Punderson State Park.

He is sadly missed by three brothers: Roger (Kerry) of Orcutt, Calif., Gary (Sherry) of Las Vegas, Nev., and Robert (Susan) Marcu of Medford, Ore.; two sisters, Patricia (Dave) Stratford of Mt. Juliet, Tenn. and Sharon (John) Herczog of Newton Falls; and his nieces, nephews, cousins and others who loved him dearly.

Cremation is taking place.  A memorial service is being held in the chapel at Pineview Memorial Park at 11:00 am Wednesday, January 17, 2018.
