Susan E. Miller, 75, of Howland, passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at St. Joseph Health Center in Howland.  She was born August 9, 1942  in Stuttgart, Germany, the daughter of Karl and Emma (Landsinger) Albrecht, and moved to the U.S. in 1962, later becoming an American citizen.

Before retiring, Susan worked at the garden center at Lowe’s.  She enjoyed gardening, crochet, cooking, and most of all, her grandchildren.

She is sadly missed by her son, Steven T. Miller of Howland; her daughter-in-law, Melissa Miller of Howland; two granddaughters, Samantha Rae and Jacquelyn L. Miller; and her brothers and sisters.  Her parents precede her in death. 

Per her request, cremation has taken place.  Services are private.
