Sandra L (Huff) Dorchock

Sandra L. Dorchock, 67, of Howland Township, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 8:06 p.m. in Select Specialty at Mercy Health St. Joseph Health Center in Warren.

She was born December 3, 1951 in Warren the daughter of the late Herbert and Elizabeth Sifro Huff and was a lifelong area resident.

Sandra was very supportive of veterans and was a member of Army Navy Garrison #252 of Niles and was past treasurer/secretary of VET-AID National for 7 years.

She was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish-St. James Catholic Church in Warren.

Fond memories of Sandy will be cherished by her husband Michael E. Primmer whom she married on December 30, 2006; twin sons Jeffrey Zelinsky of Cortland and Scott (Jay McCallister) Zelinsky of Warren; a daughter Jennifer (Alexxus) Zelinsky of Howland; brother Herbert “Skip” (Laurie) Huff of Massillon and two grandchildren Nicholas and Peyton Zelinsky.  She is also survived by a very special niece whom she was very close to Jeanette (Randy) Service of Gilbert, AZ.

Besides her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by a sister Marie Lazzari.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no calling hours and a Celebration of Life service will take place at a later date.  A caring cremation will take place.

The family suggests that memorial contributions take the form of donations in Sandra’s name to either the Wounded Warriors Project P.O. Box 758517 Topeka, KS 66675 or to Angels for Animals 4750 S. Range, Canfield, Ohio 44406.
