Ruth M. Waddell

Ruth M. Waddell, 80, of Warren died Thursday morning July 12, 2018 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 4, 1938 in Sparks, West Virginia a daughter of Herbert J. And Ruby Mae (Drennen) Skaggs and came to the area over sixty years ago. Ruth was a member of Harvest Bible Church and had taught Sunday School for many years. She was a devoted homemaker and loved spending time with her family. She dearly loved her children, grandchildren and great- grandchildren, they were so special to her. She was an avid reader and her other interests were gardening, working puzzles, and attending garage sales.

Besides her husband, Billy Waddell, whom she married sixty one years ago, she leaves her son, Brian (Pamela) Waddell of Vienna; three daughters, Beverly (Richard Sr.) Peffer of Girard, Donna Waddell of Howland, and Karen (David) Goldberg also of Howland; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers.

Services will be held 12:00 noon. Tuesday July 17, 2018 at Niles First Church of the Nazarene, 1822 Niles-Vienna Road, Niles. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
