Richard M. Magby, 67, of Warren, entered into eternal rest Saturday, January 5, 2018 in the emergency room of Trumbull Memorial Hospital. He was born May 11, 1951 in Warren, the son of James and Joyce Lee (Brown) Magby, and had lived in Detroit and Nashville as well as Warren.
A graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Ricky served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam as a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed music, NHRA, and the Browns.
Precious memories of Ricky live on with his father, James Magby, Sr. of Youngstown; his beloved wife, Debra (Carmichael) Magby, whom he married December 24, 2003; four children: Marlon R. Bell of Garland, Tex., Lamar (Toya) Carmichael of Akron, Keyla (Daniel) Carmichael of Warren, and Donte (Cierra) Magby of Warren; fifteen grandchildren; a sister, Pamela Magby of Youngstown; two brothers, Ronald and Reginald Magby, both of Youngstown; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death are his mother, a great-grandchild, and a brother, James Magby, Jr.
Per his request, services are private. Cremation is taking place.
