Martell S. Williams Sr.

Martell S. Williams, Sr., 22, of Warren, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Warren, the victim of a senseless crime.  He was born January 18, 1996 in Warren, the son of Pierre Williams, Sr. and Nicole Oliver, and lived in the Warren area all his life.

Martell was a member of New Jerusalem Fellowship Church and enjoyed all sports, especially basketball and riding ATVs.

Fond memories of Martell live on with his mother, Nicole Oliver of Warren; his father, Pierre Williams, Sr. of Warren; a son, Martell Williams, Jr.  of Warren; five brothers: Pierre Jr. and Marcus Williams, both of Warren, Darius Hull and Cordale Walls, both of Akron, and Kevin Smith of Warren; a sister, Khrys’tal Scissum of Warren; and a special friend, Treasure Williams of Warren.

Preceding him in death are his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Services are 11:00 am Saturday, March 3, 2018 at New Jerusalem Fellowship Church, with Rev. Alton Merrell, Sr. officiating.  Friends may call 10:00 to 11:00 am Saturday at the church.  Burial will take place 10:00 am Monday at Oakwood Cemetery in Warren.
