Marisa I. Ruiz

Marisa I. Ruiz, 49, of Warren, entered into eternal rest Monday, June 4, 2018 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital.  She was born January 6, 1969 in New York, N.Y., the daughter of Juan Antonio Ruiz and Minnie Witt, moving to Ohio in 1979.

A generous and fun-loving soul, Marisa enjoyed cooking, gardening, flowers, and liked to volunteer and help people. A graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, she was always helping the neighborhood kids.

Fond memories of Marisa live on with her mother, Minnie Ruiz of Howland; two nieces, Briana and Brenna Thompson; three nephews: Adam Tater, Bryant Thompson, and Robert Witt; seven great-nephews; and many friends who were like family to her.

Preceding her in death are her father and a brother, Robert Witt.

Funeral services are 4:00 pm Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.  Friends may call 3:00 to 4:00 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
