Margaret Frances Bucci

Margaret Frances Bucci, 71, of Niles, passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Washington Square Nursing Home in Warren.  She was born April 25, 1948 in Indianapolis, Ind., the daughter of Jerome and JoAnn (Ladson) Hardey.

Margaret lived most of her adult life in Ashtabula and Niles, and was a proud stay-at-home mom.

She was actively involved with the Army-Navy Union, Garrison 422 in McKinley Heights, where she was a member and past-president of both the local and national Ladies Auxiliary.  She was an avid fan of Notre Dame football and all Notre Dame sports, and enjoyed watching tennis on television.  She played darts and bowled, and loved to read.  Most of all, she loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Precious memories of Margaret live on with her three sons: Dennis Bucci (Marcia) of Concord Twp., Patrick “P.J.” Bucci (Lisa Hyde) of Cortland, and Randy Bucci of Niles; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister, Jean Ann Hardey of Lodi, Calif.; and a brother, Randy Hardey of Lodi, Calif.

Her parents precede her in death.

Per her request, there are no services or calling hours.  Cremation is taking place.
