Mr. Joseph Franklin Sr, passed away on Monday, December 25th, 2017 at the age of 65.

Joe was born to parents Louis and Emma on December 25th, 1952 in Youngstown, OH. He grew up as the 6th child of 10. Joe enjoyed watching Western movies, traveling, and frequenting casinos. His passion was buying and selling goods.

Joe is survived by his mother, Emma; his son, Joe Jr.; his daughter, Shayla McGrady; his sisters, Lorraine, Betty, Helen, Annie(Ruth), and Carolyn(Gwen); his brothers ,Edward and Timothy; his granddaughter Savannah; and his long-time girlfriend Diane Hamilton and a host of her family. He is preceded in death by his father, Louis; and his brothers, Daniel and Chester.

Joe wished to be cremated and for there to be no service. The family is grateful for the condolences, but declines flowers and donations.
