Joseph Michael Baldwin, 49, of Ashtabula and formerly of Niles, died Sunday, July 30, 2017 at Saybrook Landing Nursing Home in Ashtabula.  He was born February 27, 1968 in Youngstown, the son of Joseph L. and Nancy Ann (Powers) Baldwin, and lived in Northeast Ohio all his life.

Joe attended Niles McKinley High School and worked in construction.  He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and spending time with his children.

Surviving are his parents of Ashtabula; his son, Dylan Carpenter of Ashtabula; two daughters: Laci and Brianna Baldwin, both of Grove City, Ohio; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Services are 5:00 pm Thursday, August 3, 2017 at First Church of the Nazarene, 1822 Niles-Vienna Rd., Niles, with Rev. Gary Morgan officiating.  Friends may call 4:30 to 5:00 pm Thursday at the church.
