John “Jack” F. Krivonak of New Springfield, Ohio entered into rest on Friday, July 19, 2019, at 9:00am, at the Hospice of the Valley in Poland, Ohio following a brief illness, he was 81. Jack was born on June 3, 1938 in Youngstown, Ohio and was the son of John and Veronica (Kutsko) Krivonak. He was employed as an machinist for Wean United for many years and had served in the United States Army.
Jack belong to the New Middletown Rod & Gun Club and enjoyed building racecars for 35 years along with fishing, flying kites and going to the beach along with umpiring baseball.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife, Joann (Zitello) Krivonak whom he married on January 18, 1958, daughters, Christine (Scott) Fowler of Canfield, Ohio, Jeanine (Jeff) Mellinger of Columbinana, Ohio, Patricia Bernard of Toledo, Ohio, Louise (Joseph) Grove of North Lima, Ohio, sister, Mary (Dennis) Moore of Columbus, Ohio, a grandson, Chad Miller and a granddaughter, Lauren Fanfer. Jack is preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Private Services will be held, cremation has taken place.
