Frank Schmidt Obituary

Frank N. Schmidt, 80, of Canfield, entered into eternal rest Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Austinwoods Care Center in Austintown. He was born June 28, 1938 in Pennsylvania, the son of Rose Buck Schmidt.

A veteran of the U.S. Army, Frank worked in construction as a project manager. He had been a ham radio operator and enjoyed boating.

Fond memories of Frank live on with his beloved wife of 45 years, Shirley A. (Burau) Schmidt, whom he married October 20, 1973; a daughter, Trudy Arsenart of San Diego, Calif.; four grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and their families.

Preceding him in death are his parents; two stepsons, Jeff and Ted Williams; and two sisters, Shirley and Gladys.

Cremation is taking place. Services are private.
