Edwin “Bud” Maus, 71, of Warren, entered into eternal rest Saturday, July 7, 2018 at home. He was born March 30, 1947 in Warren, the son of Edwin “Bud” and Margaret (Williams) Maus, and had lived in the area all his life.
A graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, Bud worked as a machinist for Copperweld Steel, and later in distribution for Trumbull Memorial Hospital. An expert pool player, Bud was active in four different pool leagues and had been a champion 25 times. He also enjoyed playing softball, his grandchildren, and his dogs.
He is sadly missed by his loving wife, Marla (Perhart) Maus, whom he married December 18, 1992; three children: Edwin “Bud” II (Candi) Maus of Concord, Mich., Bryan (Angie) Maus of Andover, and Amanda (Jason) Stewart of Warren; seven grandchildren: Edwin “Budd”, Easton, Melina, Zachary, Jason, Jr., Kaylin, and Laina; a sister, Carol (Bob) Brady of Champion; and a sister-in-law, Georgette Maus of Pawley’s Island, S.C.
Preceding him in death are his parents and a brother, Bill Maus.
Per his request, cremation is taking place. Services are private. His urn will be laid to rest at a later date at West Mecca Cemetery.
