Edwin E. Ferrell, Jr.

Edwin E. “Dusty” Ferrell, Jr., 60, of Warren, entered into eternal life Thursday, June 14, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown.  He was born December 9, 1957 in Warren, the son of Edwin E. and Edith Joan (Musser) Ferrell Tsapos, and had lived in the area all his life.

A graduate of Newton Falls High School, Dusty worked as a truck driver with Sebastiani Trucking.  Before that, he was owner/operator of Schultz Supply.  A man who lived large and loved life, he enjoyed motorcycles, flea markets, music, nostalgia, and his dog, Dexter.

Fond memories of Dusty live on with his loving wife, Janet (Marshall) Ferrell, whom he married June 24, 2011; his mother and stepfather, Edith Joan and Steven Tsapos of Warren; two children, Melody Osborne and Christopher Michael Ferrell, both of North Carolina; two grandchildren; a sister, Debbie Ferrell of Niles; and a niece, Holly Tsapos of Warren.

Preceding him in death are his father and a sister, Sophia Stephanie Tsapos.

Services are 4:00 pm Monday, June 18, 2018 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home.  Friends may call 3:00 to 4:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.  Burial will take place at 10:00 am Tuesday, June 19 at Pine Knoll Cemetery.
