Edward F. Homa

Edward F. Homa, 64, of Mecca Township, entered into eternal rest Sunday, June 3, 2018 at home.  He was born June 12, 1953 in Johnstown, Pa., the son of Andrew and Helen (Yankosky) Homa, and had lived most of his life in Trumbull County.

A graduate of Bristolville High School, Ed was a truck driver and a proud member of the Teamster’s Union for over forty years, most recently employed with USF Holland.  He enjoyed fishing, golfing, camping, and music.

He is sadly missed by his loving wife, Doris Mullen-Homa, whom he married July 20, 1985; a sister, Theresa (John) Hrovoski of Atlanta, Ga; a brother, Andrew (Rebecca) Homa of Bristolville; five nieces and one nephew.

His parents precede him in death.

Cremation is taking place.  His urn will be laid to rest at 10:00 am Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Northview Cemetery in Gustavus.
