Deanna C. “Dee” Kuzenko, 28, of Cochranton, Pa. and formerly of Warren, Ohio, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2018, the result of an ATV accident near Meadville, Pa. She was born February 7, 1990 in Warren, the daughter of Michael E. and Anita L. (Fender) Kuzenko.
Dee was a 2008 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School, where she played clarinet in the band, and was also active in soccer and softball. She was currently employed with Wigton Eye Care Associates in Grove City, Pa.
Dee’s true passion was for all things outdoors, especially for horses. She was a member of the Penn-Ohio Barrel Racing Association and the International Racing Association. She had two horses, Diesel and Diego, as well as two cats, Oakley and Tiger, a dog, Caliber, and twelve chickens. She also enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, country music, country line dancing, and was the life of the party, wherever she went. “She had a gypsy soul, a warrior spirit, and made no apologies for her wild heart.”
She is sadly missed by her parents, Michael and Anita Kuzenko of Warren; her companion and the love of her life, Logan DeVore of Cochranton; a sister, Michelle (Staff Sgt. Jacob Rowe) Kuzenko of Fairfield, Calif.; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends who adored her.
Preceding her in death are her maternal grandparents, Tom and Trudy Fender; and her paternal grandparents, Mike and Jane Kuzenko.
Services are 11:00 am Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Staton-Borowski Funeral Home, with her cousin, Ralph Royea, officiating. Friends may call 4:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday and 10:00 to 11:00 am Thursday at the funeral home.
