David Evans Obituary

David E. Evans, 52, of Warren, entered into eternal rest Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Cortland Health Care. He was born June 2, 1966 in Warren, the son of Jack Mach and Darla (Platt) Petten.

David attended Hickory High School in Hermitage, Pa., had worked in security, and had been a truck driver. He enjoyed working out and martial arts.

He is sadly missed by his mother, Darla Petten of Warren; a son, Vincent Alexander Evans (Shawnee) of Kentucky; two grandchildren, Isabelle and Ali; and four sisters: Rita Vasconi (Richard) of Sharpsville, Pa., Lori Kingery of California, Jamie Prasky (Robert) of Howland, and Cheryl Shaffer of South Dakota.

Preceding him in death are his father, Jack Mach; his adoptive parents, Vesta and Edward Evans; and a granddaughter, Lea.

Services are private. Cremation is taking place.
